The retreats are for pastors and preachers wanting Encouragement, Revival, Rest or even Restoration.

** 2 Awesome nights of being ministered to, put first for a change, along with the opportunity to worship in a heavenly atmosphere and be encouraged by anointed preaching!
**2 Encouraging Days of important morning Devotionals, Rock Altar Praying, Anointed Teaching (by well-established Pastors and Bible teachers), Afternoon Fun Activities & Team Building.
RETREAT includes:
**Spiritual Awakening-Saturday Night Dinner! (Life Changing)
**All preachers are assigned local prayer-warriors that pray every day leading up to their arrival for the Retreat. That night they will meet their prayer warriors.
**Relationships are built with other ministers, that can become an accountability and prayer partner.
**Burdens, Personal Sin and Struggles are left at the altar on a special Sunday prayer and victory-time around the rock altar.
**PERSONAL PASTOR/SPIRITUAL RETREAT- (Call for Available dates)
The Pastor/Preacher stays on property at the QUAIL CREEK RESORT INN. You will spend one on one daily time with Mike.
*Arrive by noon first day, stay full night, then one full day, stay another night then following day leave by noon traveling back.
1.) We will visit/discover where you are spiritually.
2.) Spend time in PRAYER and FELLOWSHIP at the chapel.
3.) Put together a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly plan to PEACE and VICTORY.
4.) You will be asked to spend time away from your phone and commit to effectual and fervent prayer, healthy eating (Grilled/Baked food), rest and some recreation (If You want to enjoy Golf or fishing).

Other Ministries....
Pastor one on one:
We recognize the Pastor is always giving. He pours into his Family and Church, leaving the Pastor often EMPTY and SPENT. Mike provides an encouraging service for a church and the Pastor, where he meets with the/your Pastor, once a month. In this one hour meeting (in the pastors study or over lunch), Mike brings an encouraging devotional and the two share together. This gives the/your Pastor a relationship outside the Church, encouraging him on his journey. Often Lastly and very importantly, they Pray together over any Church needs and the pastors "SAFETY NET" against spiritual warfare.
Pastor Encouragement Dinners:
Pastors register here online to attend a dinner on the beautiful campus of Quail Creek. Ministry Director, Mike Ward will speak before dinner and then afterward another key note speaker will bring a Heart Stirring challenge. Each pastor will bring a spiritual need to be prayed over in an anointed time of prayer at the close of the night.
Director Mike Ward Preaching Engagements:
Mike has helped in hundreds of preaching events included revivals, pastor's conference, Men's Speaking Event's and Supply Preaching for pastors . As schedule allows, Mike is able to help on a by-invitation basis.
